Went for the 6 course dinner on a Saturday night and the place was buzzing. So we were happy that we reserved a table well in advance. The food was of good quality and their mocktails were excellent. The staff was attentive and friendly. The serving of food straight on the table (on a paper cover) had a novelty feeling to the dining experience. A few things prevented me from giving a 5th star:
Read more1) I'd have preferred the "courses" to be served one at a time and not 4 savoury and 2 sweet courses at once - everything was kind of mashed together and it was hard to appreciate the distinctive flavours one at a time - it also meant dinner was over rather quickly which is not what I expected in this price category
2) There was a lack of texture in the savoury courses - 3 different types of mash, 4 different types of sauces, a soft nut roast, a soft arancini and a soft potato terrine meant everything was soft - I missed something crunchy or fresh
3) The amount of savoury courses served at once and en place meant everything was cold quickly. Again something that could be prevented if served one after another
In summary it was a nice experience but could have been even better in relation to the price.

We visited this restaurant, first on a weekday, when they were not serving breakfast. Breakfast and brunch are only available on weekends, and it’s important to make a reservation in advance.
Read moreWe went back on the weekend, and it was absolutely amazing. Everything we ordered was very, very delicious, and we truly enjoyed all the dishes. The restaurant has a beautiful and cozy atmosphere, and overall the experience felt great.
The only downside, in my opinion, was that the prices were a bit high, but aside from that, there were no issues at all.

Read moreThe hummus was incredibly creamy and flavorful. I especially loved the combination with the dried tomatoes and vegan feta. Truly amazing. My only critique is that it came with a bit too little bread for the generous amount of hummus.
The Oriental Protein Bowl was just okay. It needed more seasoning, as it tasted a bit bland, and the portion size felt too small for the price.
A lovely bonus: I visited on my birthday, and the staff surprised me with a strawberry-chocolate cake topped with a candle, free of charge. It was soft, sweet, and honestly delicious. And I’m not usually a big dessert person.
I’ve heard great things about their breakfast and lunch, so I’ll definitely be back to try more!

A perfect place for having a long brunch. They have several breakfast options including their deluxe set for two, which includes croissants, scrambled veggies, antipasti and homemade bread spreads (sweet and savoury). Super delicious and plenty. The price is absolutely appropiate as they use only very fresh, mostly regional things and try to be no-waste.

We liked the food but the portions were a little too small for the price. The outside seating area is right next to a big street, so it is quite noisy. Staff could be friendlier as well. Wouldn't go there again.

Read moreI looked at the menu beforehand and what they had on site differed greatly from what I had found on their website, there were a lot less options.
I liked the decorations hanging from the ceiling but it was a bit impractical to move in between tables without having to duck. Toilet is in the basement and can only be reached via stairs.

Review 07/25: the actual menu is very versatile and creative, a great balance between comfort foods (pasta, risotto, ice cream…) and healthier, lighter options (bowls, salads).
Value is good.
Older review:
Pasta dish from the lunch menu could have a little more flavor, we asked for salt and pepper.
Club sandwich with side salad was yummy, tofu scramble solid, too.
Staff was friendly, but didn’t seemed to be well incorporated.
They forgot my scramble, I asked twice for it.
We least liked that the waiter came to take away my still filled up glass of water from the table.
I told him that there is still something inside and felt a little forced to tip it down asap. After two minutes or so he came back to get the glass again.
I asked him if they are closing soon and he said yes.
Unfortunately not very professional behavior.
I come from gastronomy business as well and usually you would let guests know some time ahead before closing.

The atmosphere and decor was fancy but also relaxed and I could sit and work there. I tried their risotto which was very nice, but the homemade iced tea was quite bland. The prices are decent and the portions are large.

Went to Heaven’s Kitchen for a multiple course dinner as a birthday present by my parents.
Read moreIn the evenings, this restaurant usually offers a fine dining experience dedicated to a certain culture, with changing menus every two to three months. This time the motto was “Big in Japan”.
The food had a wide variety of flavors and was accompanied by matching drinks (rather shots) for each course. All in all, it was a super interesting experience and something I could definitely imagine trying again.
The interior design was matching the Japanese motto as well, leading to a pretty ambience. The service itself was alright, a little reserved in my opinion, but maybe this is how people expect to be served in a high class restaurant.
Most of the food was pretty tasty as well, with certain outliers. It was a well-thought combination of flavors. However, it mostly didn’t overwhelm me. All three of us said that we enjoyed it, however we’ve all said that it didn’t convince us fully. Therefore only four stars.
Still, a great experience that I was very happy to make!

As for the food — it was good, but not amazing. I’m vegan and always excited to try new places, but only a couple of dishes really stood out. The truffle pasta was quite good, and I really liked the hummus — smooth and flavorful. However, a few other dishes tasted rather plain, without much spice or personality. I was expecting more creative or bold flavors, especially for a vegan place.
Overall, it’s a lovely spot with good service and a nice vibe. I would come back for the atmosphere and maybe try some different dishes next time!

Haben HEAVEN’S HEARTY TOWER bestellt (eher für 1 Person) und eine Joghurtbowl (4EL waren das ca) und da das alles zu wenig war, noch einen separaten Brotkorb. Im Brotkorb hätten, laut Karte, 5 Brötchen drin sein sollen, es war ein Brötchen drin in 5 Scheiben geschnitten - für 5€!!!
Alles in allem: Lecker, cool mal zu probieren, aber zu teuer und zu wenig für das, was man zahlt. Kann man mal machen, muss man aber nicht :)

Mit dem Brotkorb muss aber irgendetwas durcheinander gekommen sein, denn das ist eigentlich dabei und wird nicht extra berechnet. Brötchen haben wir allerdings gar keine. Dafür ist unser Brot hausgemacht und wird immer frisch gebacken. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du uns nochmal eine Chance geben würdest und laden dich gerne auf ein Frühstücksgericht ein. Wir legen größten Wert auf die Herstellung und den Geschmack aller 6 Gänge unseres Fine Dining Menüs.
