Very good options for vegans

There are a few poke places in Valencia, but this is probably one of my favourites. Although they don't offer tofu anymore, their meat alternatives for chicken and salmon are really good. We tried them both. We also liked their hummus (edamame or beetroot) with vegetable crisps for a starter, really good!
