Delicious and Healthy - Edit
I had the butternut gratin (vegan) and a detox juice: Delicious! Healthy Lounge is a much needed restaurant for Healthy Food in this region, for tourists and people working and living here. Vegetarian rather than vegan - Edit
I went for brunch with my husband. We opted for a formule to share in the end. For a vegan you’d have to go à la carte but in sharing my husband got an extra dish. We asked for the egg and salmon on the avocado and toast to be kept to the side so I could eat it but unfortunately the toast was a brioche slice which also looked a bit limp. The avocado needed some lime as lacked flavour. I had a smoothie bowl which was lovely. The cakes and cookies sound good but not my thing for breakfast. I’d like to see more vegan options or alternatives to swap out for the veggie plates in the formule.
