Nice small cute place - Edit
The Owner was nice and friendly, she can speak english pretty well. The prices are similar to other restaurants, which means bit more pricey than cheap local places. The portion size of the meal is a bit small, it could be bigger, but nevertheless its very delicious, at least the pate mushroom I had so far. She has a dog who was a bit smelly when I visited. But yeah, worth a visit.

So if it's a normal day and it's still not open, you might want to wait a bit for her delay of opening her place. Maybe it's because of now she doesn't have that many customers.
