Mmm, borscht - Edit
The woman working at the counter was very helpful, she helped me order a fully vegan meal.
Read moreI bought the borscht and roll combo, I went with the cabbage roll. The borscht is flavourful and hot, the breading of the roll is so soft and fluffy. A very light meal.
Pros: Great flavour, Helpful service, Reasonable price
Cons: Would like more protein to keep me satiated, Small vegan menu

What a gem! Would have rated 5 stars if allowed but since other non veg foods are served, 4 star is highest HC allows. Note as of August 19, 2022, name changed to Harbour Spoon. Tried the vegan cabbage piroshki and vegan rice and mushroom piroshki. Soooo good! If you can only get one, the cabbage was my fave (saying a lot cause Im not a big cabbage fan). Will come back to try the vegan borscht and the vegan combo plate. In the basement/lowest level of the building w the revolving restaurat at the top (follow signs to food court).
