Delightful Rice Paper Rolls - Edit
This conveniently located (and priced) restaurant serves delicious and large portioned vietnamese food. Bring several friends and order variety of food to reap the most benefit! My friend and I had deep fried tofu rice noodle, rainbow rice paper rolls, and tofu rice paper roll. That is 2 entree and a main to share between two people. The grand total of 26ish dollar for two scored us with an overfulfilling lunch, leftover for dinner, and two happy tummies! Delightful and a great place for even a large group meetup.

Bowl of gold! - Edit
Clean place, friendly staff, straight forward menu. I went for the Laksa Pho and it couldn't have been any better. For $12 I got a huge bowl of noodles, great variety of mixed veggies and the Laksa broth was spot on, only helped by the wedge of lime provided. They only charge $2 for a bottle of water or take the free cup of water you don't even have to ask for, along with a free mandarin to cleanse the palette they provided too. Don't overlook this little gem

Delicious and excellent service! - Edit
We had an excellent late lunch at Hanh Phuc. The lemongrass tofu is particularly good, I highly recommend the Bun (vermicelli noodle salad). The laksa broth is a bit spicy — beware if you aren’t a spice lover! Service was excellent, very friendly, a great place to grab lunch.

Excellent pho - Edit
The emphasis here is on pho, large bowls packed with vegetables and tofu, and with a choice of broth, good value at $11 and $12. They also have a curry and rice dish, and daily specials. Friendly staff and quick service.

So fresh and flavoursome - Edit
Loved it there. Had ginger flavour pho and rice paper roll. Portion size was huge and I couldn't finish two plates even though I was so hungry (and I eat a lot). Very affordable price and I have never had pho that has so much veggies. Loved it

Conveniently located next to central station and Rydges hotel. - Edit
Delicious fresh vietnamese pho, and salads and pickles, rice paper rolls good too, though they use deep fried tofu which our family tries to minimise our consumption of for long term health reasons.

Hạnh Phúc - Edit
I came here with my partner this lunch. Not many choices on the menu. Price is reasonable. We had two kinds of spring rolls, rice platter and noodles. My partner was not happy to see the hot food were served on plastic melanine plates and bowls and she explained to the staff of the restaurant. Will revisit in a few months to see if improved.
Read moreWe had steamed veggies was nicely cooked(not over cooked), 4 fresh spring rolls ( not as tasty as Vietnamese style), noodles and salad served in a bowl came with fried spring rolls. A small plate of cooked tofu. Had no fresh juices. Staff member did say something about using honey. When i questioned her about honey not vegan, she said oh the honey comes from the flower! Bees give us honey! So do ask about your drinks not having honey.
Pros: Staff okay, Nice location
Cons: Hygiene , Melanine plates and bowls, Not good Vietnamese food
