Happy Cow, again, steered me to a vegan fluent restaurant with great food choices. Attending a work dinner with a bunch of diehard carnivores can be a challenge, but Handle delivered. While my colleagues were gnawing on meat, I had the most delicious vegan mushroom bolognese. Great taste and texture, which just the right amount of spice. The cauliflower appetizer was also delicious. The waitstaff were knowledgeable and attentive. Overall I highly recommend Handle, though it is on the very expensive side.

For sure get the cauliflower on the hot menu — sooooo delicious & “sweet & sour”-ish in flavor! Unreal!!! Also highly recommend veganizing the mushroom bolognese — it’s to die for & has a spicy little kick! What a hidden gem for vegans this place is in PC!

Classy restaurant with vegan options. - Edit
The main thing about this restaurant is the service is fantastic. Our waiter was so accommodating, he pointed out the vegan options for me and I ordered the mushroom Bolognese over pasta, it was so good! We had a younger person with us and they gave her a really fancy delicious mock tail. It is a bit pricey but nice to treat ourselves to a fantastic meal!
