Best ramen I've ever had - Edit
Honestly, the best ramen I've ever had. Vegan options are clearly labeled. We had the edamame beans, which were very heavily seasoned, which gave a nice change of flavor next to the ramen. Regarding the ramen... WOW! 100% would recommend.

Very hearty and well priced ramen! I got the kimchi ramen since no modifications were needed to be vegan (I.e., it didn’t come with an egg to start with).

Perfect Ramen - Edit
We had the Tantanmen and Misho Ramen which were under the vegan/veg section of the menu. If you leave out the egg it's vegan. The staff was knowledgeable about it and so we had really delicious ramen.

I had a vegan Miso Ramen. As the original dish is with egg, I asked if it was possible to replace it by something else and it wasn't. It was just not added to the dish.
