Very good taste and a big portion - Edit
The service directly knew dishes that are complete vegan. The portion was very big. All kinds of food, even the rice, was well spiced. The falafel was soft and delicous. It was also very cheap.

Cons: Food was not marked as vegan, you have to ask

Good for a quick bite - Edit
Food is good for the price and if you're looking for somewhat healthy meals this is your place. However, I've had better falafel.

Very fresh food for a good price - Edit
I‘m surprised by the other ratings. I‘ve been there several times and I always liked it. I mean in the end it’s just a falafel place but it’s a good one. Love the atmosphere, the staff is joking around, they have a few vegan options or veganise dishes. I LOVE the tabouleh, it’s so fresh! Also not unimportant in current times: the prices are very fine.

A swizz! - Edit
I heard so many good words about this place, but I didn’t like the food. Humus and Baba Ganoush were like mud. The Tabouleh had no taste. The staff is very unfriendly and they have so many wrappings. Such a swizz! No pictures worth

Delicious and cheap Libanese meal - Edit
Not too many vegan options, but still totally worth it. The dish I took was a combination of different vegan recipes: taboule, rice, vegetables with tahini sauce on top, hummus and Falafel. You also get bread for free. Definitely worth a visit if you pass by Cologne.

Unfriendly staff and small portions not worth your money compared to other falafel options in Köln. Would not recommend.

Great falafel - Edit
One of the best falafel places in Köln. Simple, quick, cheap. If you’re into spicy stuff, ask for the chili oil.

Nettes Personal

Kleines lebendiges Restaurant - Edit

I was here last year in April, and I'm still dreaming about the falafel I had here. If I ever come back to Cologne, I'll definitely will be visiting Habibi!

Habibi is always a win - Edit
I absolutely love Habibi. It's always bustling, and has a great atmosphere of (mostly) young people. The interior is vibey and fun; the walls and roofs all covered with posters. You can get a falafel wrap for 1.90, although it doesn't always fill me up so I usually go for the falafel teller (plate), which includes lots of hummus, salad and tabouleh for about 5 euro! All in all a great place for a delicious cheap meal where you can also sit down and share a meal with friends. It can be a bit crowded sometimes though!

Fave go-to falafel place! - Edit
I love Habibi - and lots of others do too which is why it is frequently crowded with students. It's small but very atmospheric and authentic (I love the mosaic tables). While waiting, you can oftentimes enjoy some hot cinnamon tea (for free) and the staff is really nice. The falafel are heavenly and as a vegan I mostly opt for the basic falafel in bread version since it's only 1.90€ but you can add grilled veggies (makali sandwich) or hummus as well.

delicious falafel - Edit
The best falafel you'll ever eat!! They have a vegan mango sauce that tastes really good and it's so so inexpensive (think less than 2€ for falafel with salad in bread). The staff is extremely friendly and super sweet. Definitely recommend going there if you're around that area or fancy a snack.

Best Falafel in town - Edit
When falafel is THE main item on the menu, the restaurant is good. Unfortunately they still also sell meat, but the falafel and the vegan options are still great. They offer tea for you when you come in, which adds to the vibe. You can get a falafel wrap for as little as 1.90 or then a plate with hummus, salad etc for 5.50. It's right on Zuelpicher, so very handy location and the best option if you go to bars or clubs in the area.

Seriously awesome falafels - Edit
Cologne is a weird city for falafel, despite the high amount of turkish döner restaurants, the falafels on offer are generally weird yellow disk type things straight from frozen that taste like nothing. HABIBI IS A GREAT EXCEPTION really tasty homemade falafels, with a variety of ways to make them into a tasty sandwich with salad and sauces. Usually open quite late which is nice when you have been out drinking in Zülpicher and want something tasty for the way home!

Delicious Falfel - Edit
Friendly place with authentic touch inside, nice toilets, great location and fantastic opening times. They serve super falafels, excellent vegan and vegetarian choice with many options such as single wraps and full meals and platters (meat is also served however). Great value (1.90 EUR for a basic 3 ball falafel wrap). Cold drinks and traditional middle eastern teas are served but no alcohol.
