Haab vegan delivers on the vegan Mexican niche but lacks genesis si quo - Edit
Looking at the photos of Haab my taste taste buds began lusting over the possibility of a properly cooked setain burrito. As all foodies know burritos are the final form of food delivery to your mouth and vegans are often excluded from the experience of digesting Latinx food wrapped in flour tortilla. It’s hard disparage a resturant that takes the plunge into vegan cuisine especially of the Mexican variety but my setain burrito came out lukewarm resulting in a aspects ot the the burrito being unusually chewy and inconsonant with the rest of the dish for these reasons and others I will have to Haab 3/5

Definitely one of the best vegan Mexican places I’ve been too. Even though it is not fully vegan, their vegan menu covered all the bases for Mexican food. The vegan burrito was very tasty & huge. Can’t wait to come back and try the enchiladas.

The best Vegan Mexican spot in NYC! - Edit
Haab is easily the best authentic style vegan Mexican food I’ve had in NYC. The portions are big and affordable without sacrificing any of the high end flavor. They have a full vegan menu with lots of options you may not find anywhere else, so it’ll spoil you rotten. The only downside might be that it’s a cash-only place, but they have an ATM inside, not a deal breaker for me.

The vegan menu is really impressive for a restaurant serving meat. We had the seitan quesadillas which were delicious. Service was friendly and the food good value for money. I can really recommend this place!
