No vegan options or menu - Edit
Unfortunately they no longer do a vegan menu or vegan options. My partner and I went for a beverage and inquired about the vegan menu or options and they no longer offer this.

Read more近期喺其他素食嘅page偶然見到呢個素食串燒嘅post,一向中意串燒嘅燒蕉又進入為人所知嘅雙眼發光階段,仲要見到用app book位有半價📱,揾日得閒就即刻🏃🏻♂️去食。
位處中上環,環境氣氛有保證,位置唔算闊落但整體幾舒服,約下friend去食串燒飲杯嘢應該係一個唔錯嘅地方(◐‿◑)👍🏻
去到之後果然如我睇返嚟嘅介紹一樣,有一版係專for vegan🌱嘅,燒蕉表示非常感動(;´༎ຶД༎ຶ`)。
另外佢嘅串燒附送兩款醬,一種係平時會食到嘅泰式辣醬,另一款就係佢哋自家製嘅醬料,店員話會辣啲,果然又真係辣啲🤣🤣🤣。
我食完之後覺得佢哋自己整嘅醬係好好食嘅,好食過普通嘅泰式辣醬🌶太多,好食到我專登問下佢哋係用咩整,佢話係用蒜頭🧄、辣椒🌶同埋魚露🐟。
我聽完有魚露即刻嚇咗一嚇( ;´Д`)
好彩佢即刻講返話素食🌱嘅話係用素魚露,所以如果同肉食🍖朋友去食嘅話就小心啲,問吓佢嗰醬係邊個version先食~

望落就係一隻小雞鎚嘅樣子🍗(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵),我諗應該都有唔少人食過呢一種,係用好多腐皮繞住一支木棒
佢炸得好外脆內軟,有啲汁(可能係油嚟),味道唔算豐富,點埋醬食就啱啱好👍🏻

外皮香酥脆,應該無人估到我最中意竟然係佢有條紥住個春卷嘅嘢😂
食落卜卜脆,好好feel,令到口感豐富咗,幾正,想要多啲(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)💛
餡料唔複雜但食落好食,沙葛蘿蔔爽身,冬菇腐皮有啲咬口又腍腍地,有層次有味道。雖然都係炸腐皮但佢比起個雞鎚🍗多一份炸嘅香味,食得開心🥳。

個樣有啲搞笑,係一條黑蚊蚊嘅香腸😂
外層有少少白色嘅粉,我都唔係好知嗰啲粉係調味定係裝飾。
食落腸🌭口感比較粉同乾,味道就真係有冬陰功嘅味,調味幾好,而且比我想像中辣,怕辣人士可以小心啲食🥵
整體嚟講條腸嘅口感我麻麻哋,味道就OK。

沙嗲串燒我諗好多人都喺唔同嘅素食餐廳食過,我都食過好多次,所以心入邊本身都對沙嗲串燒有個印象,以為會係素肉串燒上面淋啲沙嗲醬😗
但佢呢一度嘅沙嗲串燒係乾身嘅,燒得夠,外面有少少微焦嘅位,所以幾香口;調味亦用咗少少孜然粉(應該)
我覺得味道層次係多咗同香咗嘅,我幾中意🥰
不過我個人覺得美中不足嘅係個素肉偏乾身(´・ω・`)無乜「肉」汁,所以如果加啲沙嗲汁嘅話可能會再好啲,但都係好食嘅d(^_^o)❣️

見好似叫咁多嘢都冇乜菜食,即刻叫返個燒菠蘿🍍食下。
佢係原裝連皮一楷噉燒,然後都切開咗一舊舊,所以好方便食,唔驚麻煩。
菠蘿🍍外面都燒到微乾有焦位,幾香,酸酸甜甜💛
