Bowls und Rollen (die einzigen Gerichte die ich in der Zubereitung gesehen habe), werden jeweils mit der Hand (im schwarzen Hygiene-Handschuh) gefüllt. Dieser wird NICHT gewechselt.
Wenn die Person vor einem also etwas mit Fleisch oder Käse hatte, bleiben Restspuren am Handschuh und allen weiteren danach angefassten Zutaten. Ab und an wird der Handschuh lediglich mit einem Küchenpapier abgewischt.

Ich war letztes Jahr hier essen und hatte ursprünglich vier Sterne vergeben – unter anderem, weil das Konzept damals komplett vegan war, was ich sehr geschätzt habe. Die Auswahl war vielfältig, das Personal freundlich, und auch wenn meine Bowl etwas zu salzig war, hatte ich den Besuch insgesamt positiv in Erinnerung.
