Serves meat, vegan options available. Casual spot for Mexican sandwiches and bowls with locally sourced ingredients. Currently two of the tortas ("Masa y Papa" and "Refrito") can be made vegan upon request, with the option of vegan mayonnaise. Vegetarian bowl can also be veganized. The "Piña Salad", chips and most dips are vegan as well. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-10:00pm.

Filling, flavorful, reliable. UNLIMITED HOT SAUCE (in house) - Edit
The bread they use for the tortas is so good. They have two tortas that can be made vegan, and each is good. While it is a bit simple and tastes like something you could easily replicate at home, it is a solid reliable choice for a filling sandwich that won’t break the bank. It’s a great place to take friends and family who eat whatever, loads more options for them.

Great spot for some different Mexican dishes. Specializes in tortas. The Horchata is also vegan. All the vegetarian options can be made vegan.

Güero is truly a gem. Great atmosphere with plants, tunes, and friendly staff. Fantastic tortas, bowls, and sides that can easily be made vegan upon request. I‘ve been visiting for years and look forward to there being even more vegan options in the future. Highest recommendation. Drop what you’re doing and eat here!
