A great find! A+ for food, service and atmosphere - Edit
The staff was able to describe our dishes in English. The service was great! Not overly expensive but totally worth the price. We shared appetizer and platter and it was more than enough for 2. Hoping to go back for dessert.

Upscale vegan deliciousness - Edit
First the atmosphere is incredible, sheltered from the Cusco cold but full of plants and lit by candles. The food is expensive but delicious, definitely a bit of a splurge. The ravioli with fresh pesto was excellent. I often get delicious deserts or a vegan croissant from the bakery😍

Wow! So great - Edit
Amazing amazing amazing!
Read moreOk, so after coming here once and leaving a bit disappointed we have decided to give this place another try (taking all the amazing reviews into consideration).
First time we came we had the samosas (I did not love them, my boyfriend said they were amazing) and the cusco grill platter. Food was ok but we did not feel as if it is that good (I was also a bit sick so it may have affected).
Second time we came was a different story- we were absolutely AMAZED! We ordered the ravioli because a friend recommended it and wow, it was delicious and with such an amazing texture. I ordered the hash brown from the brunch section and I loved it so much as well!
For dessert we shared a chocolate croissant and wow wow wow please try it! I am vegan but my boyfriend is not and he said it is one of the best croissants he has ever had.
So yeah, you should definitely come here.
Pros: Amazing food, Great service

Too much hype for mediocre flavour - Edit
We ordered three different dishes: spicy lentil soup, cuczo parrilla and tacu tacu. Overall we were pretty disappointed with all of them, we thought the flavours weren't that great - we thought it was quite simple and bland. Especially reading all the reviews on happy cow we really expected more, especially for the prices. Visually beautiful food, beautiful restaurant, great service and even a complimentary hummus and bread (hummus wasn't that nice though). Overall too much hype for something that wasn't amazing, we enjoyed the 8 soles almuerzo so much more the day before from el Olivo.

Best vegan food in Cusco - Edit
I don't know how many times I went there while I was in Cusco cause it just was sooooo good. I would definitely recommend the menu of the day with three courses for 30 soles. Compared to other restaurants it ist definitely pricy but absolutely worth it!

The food here is so good. We went twice during our time in Cusco. Served by Oleg who was exceptional. We had hash and pancakes at breakfast and ravioli and burrito at lunch. All incredible, drinks were excellent too. Highly recommend.

So good, I went 5x in n 6 days - Edit
The food is incredible. I loved everything I had, the vegan croissants, Kim chi, kombucha (from the store downstairs), the vegan grill, brownie, scone, cocktail... The service is also excellent, every waiter/waitress we had was very competent and lovely.

Amazing food experience - Edit
We ate here twice and have really enjoyed the beautiful decorated dishes as well as the professional service. Out of all the dishes we had I'd not recommend the black vegan ceviche as it's very high in acidity. All in all, it's a very nice atmosphere and a beautiful restaurant.

BEYOND - Edit
Wow, I was blown away by this vegan restaurant. You can make it casual or fancy. We were just there for coffee and pastries, but the presentation of the pastries was out of this world! We had the chocolate truffle and chocolate croissant. Both were plated beautifully with fruits and herbs grown in their garden. WOW is all I can say!

Large portions, mediocre taste - Edit
The pictures are a little deceiving. Dishes are well plated, but the food taste was mediocre.

The Cusco Grill Platter is a great amount of food for two people looking to have a variety of foods. There was corn, mushroom skewers, potatoes, and more. The mushroom heads had a nice flavour, though the tips of them tasted odd. My corn was undercooked (hard/tough), which I wasn’t a fan of. The native potatoes were great, but it’s hard to get those wrong. There was also some sort of fried samosa thing. I forget what was in it.
# Brunch
The Banana Pancakes were pretty good. A stack of 4 pancakes with syrup and fruits all around the plate. Unfortunately, there was also fruit smooshed between each stack of pancakes, which made them mushy and gross looking.
The Hash Brown, again, was a lot very large portion. Lots of veggie toppings, though the hash brown itself was greasy and, surprisingly, cold.
The drinks we ordered were good: Lost Toys and Té Pitiado.
Pros: Large portions, Variety of veggies and fruits in dishes, Nice plating
Cons: Inconsistent quality, Some food arrived cold, Mediocre flavours

Wow - Edit
Pleasant covered courtyard. Food to live for.
Read moreMy partner and I shared the Oyster mushroom ceviche starter - a riot of flavours and textures.
I then had the Imperial nachos which were listed under snacks but was a main meal. The nachos were a culinary masterpiece - out of this world (and the rest was delicious too). My partner had the Vegan ramen soup which was excuisite. We ended sharing the carrot cake - moist and tasty. My partner had an expresso which came with a piece of chocolate brownie - indescribably good (so I bought some from the bakery on my way out).
Ooh - the paper menu was different to the online one so I recommend checking both.

Delicious vegan bakery - Edit
My partner and I got the cinnamon roll (6 sol) and avocado brownie (10 sol) - both were devoured before we were able to take photos because they were SO delicious. They also had croissants, mushroom empanadas, chocolate cookies, gluten free cookies and little chocolate truffle things. We are planning to go back again to get more snacks for our next night bus, it was that good!
