Amazing "Junk" Food - Edit
Green is so delicious, I crave some of their dishes! I bring every omnivore I know to try some west coast fries, bbq wings or the Big Wac. They have weekly specials so there's always something new and amazing to taste.

Yes this restaurant pleases everyone, chill atmosphere, good food, good drinks, desserts! I almost don't like mock meat but I enjoyed the Chicago Cheesesteak as I forgot to ask it without peppers and was spicy for my daughter altho perfect for me, so we swiched dishes and she had my Secret BBQ bruger with bacon and she loved it! This is the restaurant that even no vegan eaters enjoy.

Best location - Edit
I like this location best because it has milkshakes! The other location has the Nami bakery but I like the milkshakes better than most pastries. The food is the best vegan food I’ve had in the country. I take my non vegan friends here every opportunity I get and always stop in when driving through Phoenix.

Great fast American food - Edit
Food came out very quickly, and was very delicious. Brussel sprouts (in the dagobah salad) were great, and the po-boy sandwich was amazing. Lots of great dessert options from baked goods to shakes and soft served tSoynami, so be careful!

Just had a yummy lunch with the best fried Brussel sprouts. My husband had the award winning ‘Big Wac’ burger and a root beer float. So good. Friendly staff and fun atmosphere.

A vegan staple in Phoenix - Edit
It seems like Green is one of the oldest vegan restaurants in the Phoenix area. I've eaten here several times. They have a lot of menu choices and every time I visit they seem to have added new stuff. If you're used to vegan restaurants in LA, PDX, or Seattle, you probably won't be overwhelmed but it's a great option in the area. It's an order at the counter place.
Read more*They have greatly improved over their decade of being open and now this is a go to vegan stop for me. Plus, they have vegan blizzards and amazing sangria!
Pros: All vegan. , Longstanding restaurant in the community. , Good variety.

A lot of variety - Edit
This place features a bunch of different types of mock meat along with tofu in a bunch of different cuisines. Everything I had was good. I ordered a Thai dish with tofu, tried some of the kids chicken nuggets (which were enjoyed by kids and adults alike), and saw other people in the group enjoy a Chinese dish along with a regular burger. Great variety and everything we had tasted very good.

Love! But the fries.. - Edit
Had a great experience! Awesome food! Had the “Big Wac” the Cheesesteak Sandwich and the “Kidsadilla” with Strawberry Lemonade, and sides of fries.
Read moreWe walked in and it was surprisingly busy (not too busy though). It had a very friendly environment of customers and employees. Once we got through the line and ordered (about 10-15 minutes) The service was fast and efficient.
The only complaint about the food is the fries are a little too salty. Freshly fried from the kitchen please salt the fries a little, and then let the customer salt the fries more themselves if they want more salt. Too much for me, and too much for my kid who is obsessed with fries!
The first time came here we planned a date to go here after our movie because it was close by. We got there and it was closed in the middle of the day. So we went to Love Hut instead.
P.S. — Hey “Green New American Vegetarian”,
What’s confusing is that the restaurants name has “vegetarian” in it. I mean, do you offer egg, milk or other animal by-product? Just switch out for “Vegan” or “Plant-based” if all you serve is plant based foods.
5 stars from me if you clarify your standings as a “vegan restaurant” and take out “vegetarian”. Thank you!!
Pros: All plant based!, Fast service after ordering, Great environment
Cons: Fries are good, just a little too salty., Hours are weird. First time we went it was closed, Name says vegetarian, but it’s “100% vegan”?
