Fun but no taste - Edit
This place is a great concept and the texture is on point, however we found that there wasn’t a lot of flavor in our meal or the ice cream. They had creative and fun takes on classic fast foot favorites, but definitely go for a sauce heavy option to get that flavor.

Super friendly staff! Indoor dining. Clean restrooms. Parking lot outside. Food was amazing! I had the big wac burger and fried Brussel sprouts, iced chai latte and a banana cream pie tsoynami. Everything was super delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Seriously some of the most amazing vegan burgers I’ve had in a while! Definitely recommend some of their vegan chicken burgers they were superb. The loaded fries weren’t as good, but the samosas were spot on.

Best Vegan Restaurant in the Valley - Edit
This is my absolute favorite restaurant in the greater Phoenix area. Every single thing they serve is delicious. It doesn't have that overly healthy vibe that a lot of vegan food has. It tastes like the real deal. If I am wanting something lighter, I go for Thee Fighting Artichoke wrap, and when I'm really hungry, I get a wing platter just for me. They often have really delicious specials, as well. And don't forget the ice cream! Their soynamis are fantastic.

Read moreMy favorite I get every time I come is the BFF. It tastes just like a McDonald's hot and spicy. I highly recommend this dish and even the staff has recommended this dish to my friends as well. I have also tried the Wendy's Pickle and that is pretty good but not as good as the BFF.
Second favorite is the fires. You have to try the east coast and the west coast fries. My favorite is the east coast because who doesn't love buffalo cheese fries?!?!
You really can't go wrong with any dish here!
Last time I was visited they had enchiladas on special and they were some of the best I have had. Perfect flavor and consistency.
They have a big selection of soda's (sugar free ones as well), juices, kombuchas, and teas.
OH! You cant forget about their dessert. tSoynami is seriously so delicious! I always get one to go. My favorite flavor is the Fluffynutter'n! I haven't tried any of their other flavors because this one is just so good!
They are normally super busy with lines out the door around lunch time, so get there early. Although don't get discouraged by the long line, it moves fast and the food comes out fast.
This place even pleases picky eaters who don't believe that "vegan food" is more than just a salad.

This place made my son and I sooooooo happy! The BFF is awesome! The Chili Cheese Fries are awesome. Their cookies are top notch. You can’t go wrong with this place. They have Wine and Beer too. My son had The Po’Boy. He loved the place so much he went back today. Our first of many times ordering from here. It’s hard to find good vegan food and it doesn’t break the bank either. Kudos to the owners.

This was my first time here, but we’ll be back. Maybe not very healthy on some dishes, because the “chicken” is pan and the barbecue sandwich had a ton of barbecue sauce on it – although absolutely amazing sauce – LOL. Different ice cream/blizzard’s onion rings. As a plant-based/whole foods person, this was an absolute treat. I ordered the salad, my dad (96 years old, carnivore and fussy) got the BBQ sandwich, and I quickly saved the salad as I devoured the other half of his sandwich! The BBQ sauce was perfect! And the whole drive home he talked about how good his sandwich was!!

**WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER**
Read moreI ordered nearly $20 worth of food over the phone mistakenly to the wrong location in Phoenix instead of Scottsdale. I called the Phoenix location to explain my mistake and asked if I could be refunded or have my order moved to the Scottsdale location and was informed there was nothing they could do. I explained no one told me over the phone what location I was speaking with and certainly not "multiple times" like the worker on the phone said I should have been told.
I asked if I could at least get some sort of store credit for later or even a coupon because I was not going to drive another 45 min in traffic to Phoenix from Scottsdale for food that was already made and would be old by the time I arrived to pick it up. I was told they couldn't help me with anything at all. I couldn't even get a "thank you", which I asked, for at least donating free money to their business plus the tip that I added to my order.
This is my first time ordering here but it will be my last time, which is unfortunate because their choices looked appetizing, but the money I apparently kindly donated plus tip will be the last dime their business will ever see from me. And I will be informing my treatment here to friends and co-workers from my business in the local area.
I've never been treated this way by a restaurant before and I've lived all over the country. You'd think they at least try to do something for their customers to make some form of appreciation for their business but I couldn't even get a "Thank you".
This policy the business has set shows they do not care for their customers and only their bottom-line. Business like this who show no type of respect or gratification towards the people who keep them in business should not be supported.
