Est. April 2025. An LGBTQ+ friendly, fully vegan, organic & gluten-free restaurant. Appetizers may include green salad, grain salad with chips, fruity salad, pickled green bananas, and sandwichito “de mezcla” (a classic Puerto Rican party sandwich). Main dishes feature breadfruit tacos with refried beans & pico de gallo, breadfruit tacos with mushroom & sweet plantains, and a burrito. Drinks include lemonade, herbal infusions, coffee, beer, and wine, plus desserts are protein balls, protein bars, and a cookie. Open Mon 9:00am-3:00pm, Wed-Sun 9:00am-3:00pm. Closed Tue.

They didn’t have vegan food! - Edit
I went there to hopefully pick up a sandwich to take on the plane. The woman there said that the items in the case were not vegan, that it was chicken, that the owner (?) was not there. She shrugged her shoulders and said I could go next door to the pie place or across the street to MacDonalds !?

There's gotta be something wrong. The logo of this place literally says "vegan spot". There's gotta be a mistake or something, wth?
