Soul Kitchen

Excellent option opposite New St train station. I opted for the spicy veg (mushrooms, olives and jalapenos) ciabatta with added vegan cheese, which was freshly prepared and packed full of flavour.

Staff were very vegan aware and there are plenty of options that can be veganised. Just ensure you specify vegan. Very reasonable prices too.

Next to New Street Station

Substantial delicious full vegan breakfast. Other options available. Non-dairy milk available for hot drinks.

Pros: Ambience. Friendly staff. Regular customers., A large coffee is very large. , Appears to be independent.

Good for a quick bite

Nice little cafe, with friendly staff.
Just had Avo on Toast and a Coffee. Very nice food. The only drawback was it was very smokey from the kitchen. Could use some decent ventilation.

Pros: Food, Staff

Cons: Smokey from the kitchen

8am already packed full of hungry people

My favourite place to go for breakfast when I’m in Birmingham, right next to train station, little cafe 👍
Also offer GF options

Pros: Attentive, friendly staff , Big portions

Cons: Small cafe, can feel a little cramped

Good food

Tiny café beside new street, often busy & queueing to get inside during peak times. Finally tried and food was good - several vegan options - and service even better.

Great food, busy place

This is a small cafe just outside the main station in Birmingham city centre and it’s popular - when I visited, the staff were like a well oiled machine prepping and welcoming customers in good time. Food arrived swiftly and was delicious - I ordered the vegetarian breakfast which they veganised. Sausages, beans, tomatoes, buttered toast and avo smash; very nice. A little expensive but I’d put this down to location and convenience. Certainly worth a visit.

Pros: Good food, Good service

Cons: Busy, A little expensive
