Eggless and Allium-Free Indian and Asian Vegetarian - Edit
Eggless and allium-free Indian vegetarian eatery. They also sell other Asian, Western, and fusion dishes. I would recommend the Mushroom/Cauliflower Manchurian. Quite a number of dishes contain dairy; unfortunately the menu is not labelled, so do check with the staff when ordering. The staff members vary in their level of knowledge; the boss and one cashier I encountered were clear about vegan requirements, but on another occassion the cashier seemed to think dairy was vegan. Hope they can indicate vegan options on the menu, train their staff on how to advise vegan customers, and possibly offer vegan dairy substitutes! Also hope they can revamp the shopfront and interior design; there seems to be leftover signages and decorations from the previous owners (Chinese vegetarian eatery?) which are kind of confusing and jarring. Located a little out of way in an industrial estate; 10-15min walk from Kaki Bukit MRT. Free parking and no GST.

Rare find of Indian vegetarian mutton soup - Edit
I was craving for mutton soup that I used to eat before being a Vegetarian, and I found it here as a vegetarian soup. It's quite good though a little on the salty side. The amount is just nice for me being not too hungry but I gulp it all excitedly. Nice simple for eating in an air conditioned space. Will try other foods and update again!

Variety with price - Edit
Has some range of Indian, malay , Chinese food. I used to patronise this when it was in little India. The food was better tasting back then. Seems owner has changed cook, maybe recipes too. Food not cheap though now.

Dinner at Gopal's with my family today. 😋 Visited several times, and we like the food here. (Including my parents who usually prefer Chinese cuisine).
Read moreIt is awesome to find an Indian vegetarian restaurant that does not have alliums (onions, garlic, etc) in their food.
They have food of other cuisines too, such as some Chinese food and Western.
I'm glad to see that they've expanded a lot on their starter dishes and increased a little on their mains, too. 😄
There was no queue despite being the 15th of the lunar month when we visited today.
Pros: Alliums-free, A variety of cuisine, A variety of starters and main dishes
Cons: Location is a little inconvenient for non-drivers

Yummy Something for Everyone - Edit
The food is familiar and yet different as it has that extra something that makes you go "Wow! Very delicious". Besides Indian dishes, there is a variety of western & local food at foodcourt prices, all set in a cool, clean, environment, so what more can you ask for?
Read moreThe service staff is friendly and helpful to explain the ingredients in the dishes if you're unsure. The food is allium-free and in fact, a Buddhist monastic took me there, and it seems the egg is vegan too, so thumbs-up! 👍🏻

Good selection of menu - Edit
Murtabak's filling is a disappointment; huge chunk of mock meat with cabbage. I personally feel that it will taste better without it.
Read morePlain prata is hard but my son likes it. The sauce given for murtabak and prata is the same; not dahl but diluted.
Traditional fried rice & soup mock kambing is oily but taste wise is okay.
Satay is so so .. and very small portion (4 skewers). The sauce is super oily!!!
Like the nannari drink. The staff was kind to make it warm for me. Not too sweet or sour.
Gobi 65 is well marinated with spices.
The boss was patience to run thru with me which menu is not suitable for vegan.
Pros: Lots of vegan option, Friendly staff
Cons: Expensive

Loads of vegan options! Tasty foodie! - Edit
[Alliums Free; Egg Free Vege/ Vegan Options ] @gopalstheholycow offer alliums free, egg free vegetarian South Indian and other cuisines (i.e western and chinese)! Vegan options are available too🥳! They have been in f&b business for over 12years and they offer catering as well (can consider if you have party🙌🏻). They have just started out at this shop location 2 months ago (address and opening details at the bottom)👇🏻
Read moreEarlier I have tried the below vegan foodie:
💚 Satay Set (This is must order. I legit think this can fight with the popular mattar Victor’s vegan satay. It might be my favourite satay now and I will so go back and order this again soon. House made satay🙌🏻)
💚 Meal Maker Murthaba (Meal maker is another name for “Mutton”. This is so interesting and delicious… i will go for it again!)
💚 Meal Maker Soup with French Loaf bread (This soup is tummy warming. If you like comforting soupy, go for this!)
💚 Mushroom Manchurian (covered with sweet and sour sauce. This mushroom is of Chinese cuisine)
💚 Drinks: Lemon Grass Tea, Iced Lemon Tea, Nannari Drink (I recommend to go for nannari drink as it is special! Quoting from googled search results- “Nannari' roots have the medicinal quality of providing relief from constipation, and acidity, while also purifying blood.”)

Exceeded expectations! - Edit
👍Very impressive 100% Allium-free and Egg-free Fusion cuisine from New Cafe @gopalstheholycow! Check out the menu in the video! Many Vegan options.
Read more@gopalstheholycow is an Indian restaurant by Gopals with Indian and Asian fusion dishes such as murtabak, satay bee hoon, nasi lemak, mee goreng, pizza, pastas and burgers.
I will highly recommend the Vegan Satay set and Murthaba😋👍! According to the boss, the Satays are not the frozen ready-made satay stick which can be bought off the shelves. They marinated the satay sticks with really fragrant spices, comes in home-made satay sauce and served with rice cake(Ketupat), Cucumber and pineapple. This is currently their most sellable Starter.
The Vegan Murthaba is really good with generous fillings which are a good mix of plant-based meat and veggies. One of the best Vegan Murthaba I have tried.
What we have tried: 🌱 = Vegan
✅Baked Pomodoro (Mutton) Meal-maker
🌱(Mutton) Meal Maker Murthaba
🌱Mushroom Manchurian
🌱Satay Set
🌱(Mutton Soup) Meal Maker Soup with French Loaf bread
🌱Lemon grass Tea
🌱Ice Lemon Tea
🌱Nannari Drink
All the dishes exceeded our expectations. Our top 3 favourite dishes are the Satay Set, Meal Maker Murthaba and Meal Maker Soup with French Loaf bread👍👍👍
