Fresh and filling bowl - Edit
I got the quinoa bowl with falafel, which they confirmed was vegan. It was actually pretty tasty. It came with a cup of vegan soup and a drink. I got the basil lemonade and found it refreshing (note: not sweetened at all, so don't get it if that doesn't appeal). The bowl took a few minutes to come out, but not long, and that just meant it was fresh. Not the best falafel in the world, but fine.
Read moreNot sure there was anything else but a fruit cup, but in an airport with few options, this was exactly what I needed.
Please don't heed the calls to take this listing down. I almost didn't go bc of the bad reviews.
Pros: Fresh and filling
Cons: Few options

Terrible and inflexible - Edit
They have an avocado toast with hard boiled egg. Asked for it without the egg. They refused to serve it that way.
Read moreNot talking premade here either. Could see them prepping one in the kitchen, where they sprinkled diced hard boiled egg bits onto the avocado toast.
Rude and completely inflexible.
Pros: Limited vegan and vegetarian options
Cons: Rude, Inflexible

Tasty but took long - Edit
Had the quinoa bowl with spinach, falafel and beetroot hummus. It was a menu and we also got bell pepper soup and lemonade with basil. Didn't really like the lemonade. The bowl was very tasty but it took long before we got it. We had to hurry to get to our flight. Soup was nice. €15

Three Options - Edit
They have three marked vegan options and one is a fruit cup.
Read moreThey didn’t have all the ingredients for an acai bowl. The mushroom spinach toast was not good. The wooden knife they give with their dishes snapped before I could even make a full cut.
Cons: bad food, few options, bad

Airport Lisbon -vegan options 🌱 - Edit
Unfortunately I only find 1 vegan option (Starbucks has a "no chicken" toast for almost 9€!! -but no with any veggies or salad in or side...i couldn't find any vegan option in go natural today and burger king doesn't offer any vegan burgers or nuggets here. (They have vegetarian burgers)...( They have only one kind of bowl salad with vinegar+olive oil combo dressing for vegans...or only fruit/fruits bowls options in the other cafes or bars...
Read morePros: Plant based milk option at lots of cafes, buffets.
Cons: I hope in future gonna be more options for vegans.

Shouldn’t be on here really, it’s all meat and cheese.

I thought the same. Nothing at all apart from fruit. You can ask for it to be removed.

It has obviously changed at some point, I know anything can be handy at an airport but the last few reviews have said the same thing.❤️🌱

Could do much better - Edit
Only 1 soy empanada vegan (they say).
Read morePeople are friendly but I'm afraid they don't really know the difference between vegan and vegetarian. Got a spinach empanada that clearly had cheese in it.

Go Natural (after security) - Edit
At the time of writing (November 2022) there is one vegan optoon - Quinoa bowl with falafel and beetroot hummus. It is advertised as vegan on the menu screens. It was perfectly fine, especially considering it's the only vegan option in the airport (as far as I'm aware).
Read morePros: They have a vegan option, Service was good, Arrived fairly quickly
Cons: No other options, Fairly pricey for what it is

Few options - Edit
Few plant-based options and the food is not great, it's a bit disappointing. Unfortunately is the only option at the airport for lunch or dinner.

Toast is good - Edit
I'm not quite sure if there might be two Go Naturals at terminal 1 because the uploaded pictures seem to show two different places. I visited the place shown on the picture dated October 2021 near the S-Gates.
Read moreThere they offered a vegan bowl and a vegan toast with mushrooms and spinach. Also oat milk.
The toast was quite good although it took about 15 minutes to be made. But there is also a vegan wrap that is already made and lying in the fridge.

Nothing vegan except fresh fruit. We even asked and they said they didn’t have anything vegan. Shouldn’t be on this app.

Vegan option as of 2022 March - Edit
As of 2022, there is now a hot vegan option (quinoa+nuts+falafel+hummus). It came with a really nice soup and a drink for an extra 2 euros. Pleasant surprise in the airport. The falafel was more like "veggie falafel" than "traditional falafel" but tasted good with the beet-hummus.

Disappointing - Edit
Nothing vegan other than fresh fruit. Sandwiches and salads were meaty or eggy. A real lack of choice
