Best gelato in Rome

This is my favorite gelato place in Rome! First of all, the guy that served the gelato was so nice. He let me sample some the vegan flavors. I ended up getting the vegan chocolate, coconut and vegan Nutella. And wow! The best gelato I’ve ever had in my life. So good. Especially the vegan Nutella. You have to try it! Thank you for the friendly service and life-changing vegan gelato!!

Pretty good

Nice flavours but also rather intensive. Love to be able to eat ice cream in the touristy area like everyone else though.

AMAZING

The vegan Nutella Ice was the best I ever had in my life WOW! Also the coconut ice was really nice and with coconutmilk. Vegan Cones, 3 scoops for 3,50€

Best gelati in Italy

Vegan Nutella gelato tastes like actual Nutella! The fruit flavours were also amazing. Small cones and cups $2.50 EURO. Speak English and all ice creams are labeled with different coloured scoops corresponding with different ingredients.

Pros: Well labelled, Well priced , Vegan Nutella!!!

Vegan Nutella ice cream is amazing!

Clearly identifiable vegan flavours by the blue scoop colour. The vegan Nutella ice cream was so delicious! Go here for ice cream after the Colosseum - very close

Absolutely amazing

Had ice cream here a few times while in Rome and every flavour is amazing. They’re very well priced and there’s a wide range of vegan flavours. Definitely recommend.

Delicious!!

Truly delicious vegan ice-cream- especially the vegan Nutella flavour! We also tried pineapple, coconut, chocolate and rum, lemon and basil and ginger! Went back the next day. Have vegan cones. Nice falafel place almost opposite- Pizzeria Leonina.

Super awesome

No seats inside or outside but plenty of vegan ice 'cream' types including dark chocolate w/ rum and nutella. Waffle cones are all vegan (!). Close to metro/subway and colosseum in very nice part of town with tons of small restaurants. Very high quality, prices are fine. You always get three flavours, difference is just S / M or L cone. Really tasty, yum. (Blue spoon = vegan ice 'cream')

Friendly and delicious

Owner was extremely friendly. All vegan flavors clearly marked by the color scoop used in the gelato. There were several fruit flavors and an amazing vegan chocolate flavor, as well as a vegan cone option. The owner also brought us some of his homemade vegan Nutella to try and it was DELICIOUS! he said in the summer they have even more vegan flavors due to the additional local fruits available during the season. There were at least 6 vegan options when we went in April.

Mostly vegan & delicious!

All blue handle scoops are in vegan gelato and there are so many. We tried 3 flavors and all were so good. Terrific helpful service too!

Lovely, clearly labelled Vegan flavours.

Stumbled across by accident & was very impressed. 3 flavours each time, €2.50 for small - I had the watermelon, coconut & lemon & was not disappointed!

Loads of vegan ice cream choices

Clearly marked vegan by the blue scoop. Efficient and friendly staff. I got the banana, strawberry and chocolate in a small tub for only 2.50 and there was so much ice cream! Very happy! Tasty ice cream.

Good vegan ice cream near the Colisée

This gelateria offers several ice cream flavours without milk products. They have a very good taste and texture and prices are fair. You have to ask for those that are vegan since it is not clearly indicated. A stop is requested if you are in the area!

Chocolate and fruit sorbet, well-marked

They have a couple of chocolate flavors and several sorbet flavors. No soy-based flavors. The color of scoop indicates which flavors are dairy free.

When I visited, they had an amazing chocolate rum flavor. I've had alcohol flavored sorbet before, but this was the first time I had one where I could really taste the flavor of the alcohol ingredient. YUM!

Chocolate Gelato

Colour coded scoops so you could easily see which flavors were vegan (blue handles). Two rich chocolatey ice creams and several sorbets were available. Friendly guy serving lets you pick what size of tub you want then as many flavors as you can fit in.

Pros: Vegan ice cream & sorbet, Easy to see what was is suitable, Friendly service

Cons: Only a couple of vegan gelato
