Vegetarians are not welcome - Edit
We were attracted by the beautiful salad buffet in the middle of the restaurant, so we sat on a table and asked for the menu card. On the menu card there is no vegan or even vegetarian option. As it figures in this app, we asked the waitress for vegetarian food and especially for the salad buffet. She told us that salad is only included if you chose any main menu and brought an extra card "for vegetarians only" which for some reason is not included in the normal card. The options are two kinds of vegan Bolognese. We chose one, but couldn't take a salad, because the salad buffet is only for those who chose from the main menu (which is all meat). Conclusion: you can only enjoy the great salad buffet if you eat meat. And the "vegetarian card" was removed quickly from the table after order, as if it was something forbidden. In a museum of contemporary art, this is cynical.

Vegan bolognese - Edit
They have a separate vegetarian menu that I was offered when I inquired about it. They had one vegetarian and one vegan option. I had the vegan bolognese and it was alright. Lots of vegetables in the bolognese which was nice, but pretty watery overall.

Not worthy - Edit
They have a veggie menu, and two vegan options. But the food wasn't all that and was expensive for what it was.

Cons: Expensive , The veggie menu would allow bread or salad.

Okay - Edit
There are plenty of better options in Kanazawa. Only one vegan dish in their lunch menu (apparently they can do the other one without eggs, but I didn’t ask), and it’s just okay.

Dinner has no veg*n options (on menu) - Edit
We decided against going here for dinner as the menu on the website appeared to have no veg*n-friendly dish at all. (Not sure how flexible the kitchen is about preparing meatless dishes...)
Read moreI would recommend the lunch buffet here, which might offer more options, but will leave a 2 star review.
Pros: Convenient when visiting museum, Fancy place
Cons: Expensive, Dinner not veg*n friendly (?)
