My husband and I wanted to try the ‘steak’ on their menu which wasn’t on their tasting menus so we went a la carte. Ordered the truffle butter, tempeh foie gras, morel mushrooms, steak and lions mane katsu and finished it with not 1 but 3 desserts. Everything was delicious. Staff was so warm and welcoming, explained each dish. You could tell they genuinely love introducing people to their inventive creations. Go now!!

Legitimately one of the best meals I have ever eaten in my entire life. Do not miss this place if you are in Barcelona. Extremely creative dishes - you can tell that the chef puts a lot of thought and care into each plate. We wanted to order everything on the menu just to try it. Everything on the menu except for the bread is gluten-free as well. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Such a treat! Yes, it’s expensive, but it really is good value. The waiter walks you through every dish on the tasting menu and it’s obvious they put great thought and creativity into their flavors. There were a few moments where I was really surprised by how well some of the combinations worked. The only negative I can think of is that it would be great to have a bit more focus on local cuisine and local ingredients (we were told all the mushrooms were from Asia) to make it truly a sustainability-focused place to fine dine. But overall, it has that wow-factor.

It is so great to have this type of restaurant in Barcelona. Yeah it is pricey but doesn't feel overpriced, and it's great to celebrate special events.
Read moreEach dish was special in its own way, I specially loved the morels in melted onion broth and the chocolate and white truffle dessert.
As caviats: the restaurant was too noisy, and it didn't feel intimate but crowded. Also some dishes were "too much", such as some of the preparations of carrot and the strawberry desert. With all the experimentation some flavors felt too experimental for comfort.
Regardless, great experience, heavily recommended.

They take you for a trip through their dishes and you can tell all of the ingredients and flavor combinations have been very thoroughly thought of.

The only downside is the serving time between dishes was quite long (given that we had picked out menu way long before) and also the restaurant feels quite noisy. Would've liked a bit more food for the price, but overall a great experience

I found the menu to be interesting, however the level of individual dishes were very varied. Even the same dish tasted different (my artichoke was not marinated in Shio Koji - my wife's was full of flavour), so very inconsistent cooking. I really enjoyed Lion's Mane and the salad it came with worked beautifully.
