Not the best cheese - Edit
I had a pizza at Froindlichst. It was not my personal favourite, and it was because of the cheese. It definitely taste like Violife or something similar.

To be completely honest, the mac and cheese was a bit disappointing (kinda lacking seasoning and sauce), and the edamame rice salad had a taste that we didn't enjoy... but maybe that's just us, I don't know. On the other hand, the egg salad was so delicious that it would definitely make me order the same dish again. The pancakes were fluffy and tasty, and the avocado toast was also yummy.
The English breakfast was good but not particularly special.
Overall, we were happy with the variety of foods, and the portions were generous. I recommend their brunch, but don't go in a rush since the waiting time was long.

We had a few burritos in Berlin mostly filled with rice. Froindlichst serves the real thing. Very tasty. Nice atmosphere and friendly service too. They offer a few discounted lunch options during 12-15 hours.

Wir waren nun das zweite Mal in der Berliner Filiale. Im letzten Jahr waren wir zum Abendessen dort und diesmal zum Frühstück. In der Hamburger Filiale waren wir auch schon, wo es uns sehr gefallen hat.
Read moreIn Berlin sind die Innenräume schlicht und rustikal gehalten. Im Außenbereich befinden sich einige Tische auf denen man auch bei schlechtem Wetter oder zu viel Sonne unter der Markise Schutz finden kann. Die Toiletten befinden sich im Untergeschoss.
Das Abendessen beim letzten Mal war schön angerichtet und hat sogar den Kindern, die sonst sehr mäkelig sind, gut geschmeckt. Für alle war etwas dabei, von bunten Bowls bis hin zu Burgern und Nuggets.
Beim Frühstück hatte ich das „English Breakfast“ und die „Overnight Oats“. Beim „Scrambled Tofu“ hat Kala Namak gefehlt und statt dem Körnerbrot hätte ich mir eher ein knuspriges Roggenmischbrot gewünscht. Die Schale mit den Bohnen war nur halb voll, von den Champignons gab es nur drei Stück, aber dafür viel vom Blattspinat. Mein Flat White mit Hafermilch und mein Müsli haben mir sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Abendessen fand ich definitiv besser als das Frühstück und ich würde in Zukunft auch nur zum Abendessen hingehen.
Was mich sehr gestört hat, ist die Tatsache, dass man für Hafermilch 50 Cent extra verlangt. Ich kenne Cafés in denen entweder nichts oder nur ein Bruchteil dafür verlangt wird - und das in nicht veganen Cafés. In den Bewertungen von einer anderen Person, wurde vom Betreiber vorgeschlagen, das nächste Mal doch einfach Sojamilch zu bestellen, wenn einem die Hafermilch zu teuer sei. Schön wäre es, wenn sich eine Möglichkeit überlegt wird, die Hafermilch kostenlos anzubieten. Es gibt genügend günstige Barista Hafermilchmarken bzw. könnte man auch eine günstige Hafermilch kostenlos anbieten und die Barista Variante für einen kleineren Aufpreis. Bei Lidl kostet Hafermilch 0,95 € und die Barista Version 1,25 €. Für die Sojamilch zahle ich 0,95 €, die also genau so viel kostet wie die Hafermilch.
Bei einem Flat White braucht man übrigens 2 Shots Espresso und rund 120 ml Milch. Das würde heißen, dass man bei aktuell 0,50 € extra pro Tasse, für eine 1L Packung Hafermilch ca. 4,16 Euro zusätzlich zum ohnehin eingepreisten Pflanzenmilchpreis bezahlt.

I love froindlichst and they never disappointed me but their gluten-free burger bun was so dry and fell apart that I had to give it back to the kitchen so that they heat it more up, that was sad but otherwise amazing food! (Update from September 2022)

We really enjoyed the Loaded Fries, although they lacked enough toppings. The pizza Mozzi was ok. The mozzarella was great, but the pizza overall lacked depth of flavour. The Mozzi "Camembaarts" were fabulous and we'd highly recommend them.

So if you’re two you can just order for one and get a croissant on the side and it’s basically the same amount and you safe 10€! the price is quite high

Avocado bread was with hummus instead of vegan cheese which did not fit well

Uns haben sowohl die Burger (Barbie Kuh, Vitaly), als auch die Billie Bowl sehr gut geschmeckt. Besonders lecker fanden wir die Aioli. Außerdem war der Vitaly Burger etwas abwechslungsreicher im Geschmack als der Barbie Kuh Burger durch die gebratenen Pilze. Der Brownie war zudem sehr sättigend und echt lecker. Der Keesekuchen war leider etwas wässrig.

Really liked the starters, they were different types of fries with 3 sauces, and nachos with "cheese". Didn't like the mexican pizza though, just too sweet and too much topping. Tried my brothers dish and really liked it. The staff were really friendly too.

Creative and delicious breakfast for two - Edit
We came here for breakfast and it was delicious! The restaurant has a really nice feel and we got to sit by the windows with a lovely view of the buildings across the road.
Read moreWe got the Brettina For 2 People which consisted of eight different dishes, including a mixture of hot and cold and sweet and savoury. It was all excellent and it was really fun being able to try so many different things in one meal! Some of the dishes surprised me with just how good they were, including the rice salad which I didn't expect to enjoy that much but was actually probably my favourite! I also thought the croissant with the chocolate spread and compote was just amazing. I really enjoyed every single one of the eight dishes and would definitely recommend. We also both had the freshly squeezed orange juice and that was delicious too!
