Fresh Doufu Fa (Soft Soy Pudding) Every Day! - Edit
I look forward to getting doufu fa here every time I visit my grandmother! This place has been around for as long as I can remember. The owner makes doufu fa, soybean milk, and black bean milk fresh every day. She opens shop early, but she won’t have fresh doufu fa or soybean milk until later in the morning. However, you can purchase the prior day’s products as long as she is there. I’ve had the doufu fa, soybean milk, and black bean milk days after bringing them home, and they still taste great!
Read moreYou can ask the owner to reduce the syrup or leave the syrup out altogether of the doufu fa. The soybean milk and black bean milk are available sweetened and unsweetened. I personally enjoy the soybean milk and black bean milk unsweetened so I can taste the flavors more fully.
This is a hole in the wall (literally) outside of Mount Sterling Mall under the highway. You need to walk through Mount Sterling Mall until you are out the back of the mall under the highway.
