A pesar de que la tienda está bien ambientada y tienen productos ricos, su atención al cliente me pareció pésima. La visité el día de ayer y la encargada en vez de atenderme de inmediato, se quedó mirando su celular y solo después de varios minutos saludó y ofreció la carta. Uno como cliente se siente ignorada. Incluso otra clienta se fue por el mismo motivo: la persona no la atendió en el momento a pesar de ella estar sentada justo al frente, durante varios minutos la ignoró y se fue molesta. Yo hubiese hecho lo mismo. Cómo sugerencia: la atención brindada es la primera impresión que se lleva uno como cliente, deben velar por que sea excelente y cálida, sino muchos dejaremos de visitar la tienda, decepcionados como en mi caso.

It’s a nice cozy place all pink and kawaii. The cake seemed all delicious however I think I personally chose the wrong since I didn’t find it so great, it was ok but nothing special.. maybe because the custard inside was a bit “jelly-like” but I still appreciated their cookies.

I really wanted to try their doughnuts but they were out, the cinnamon roll was good and the beverages were great! The budín was a bit stale, I still wanna come back to try their doughnuts tho.

I discovered this place a few weeks ago, and I couldn’t be happier. Finding vegan lunch in Bogotá is easy, but finding vegan pastry and desserts? Frambuesa have donuts, milhojas, cookies, cakes, chocolate bars, cinnamon rolls, etc. Everything I have tried is great. A little pricey to Colombian standards, but worth it. The atmosphere is great and the staff is nice. The place is cute and it has nice activist posters.

I was so excited to find an all vegan bakery, it’s the first I’ve ever heard of it been to. The cake was delicious and the chocolate shake was one of the best I’ve ever had (even when I wasn’t vegan). The whipped cream they use is so good with such a nice texture and flavour. I highly recommend this place.

It's hard to come around a vegan cafe in Bogotá or a place with vegan cake. I was so happy to find this. Their donuts were delicious! They could offer a couple of more "normal" cakes besides their cakes with a lot of cream. Like a simple apple or chocolate cake.

This is a lovely bakery, beautifully decorated and amazing staff. They have a variety of cakes, donuts and smaller pastries like brownies and cookies. I had a vanilla coconut and arequipe cake that was amazing! They also sell vegan arequipe/dulce de leche!

It is really hard to find actual vegan desserts in Bogotá. This is a cozy vegan cake shop where you can find several kind of vegan cakes, cookies, vegan shakes and vegan capuccinos. This is a pet-friendly café. You can order in advance cakes.
