It was a bit of work convincing my family to eat here due to the unconventional options, but the food was delicious! We all had savoury waffles and would happily recommend. If you like truffle, the exotic waffeln might be the one for you 👌🏼

Very tasty selfmade food with a lot of love and passion. Also recommend the sweets in the vitrine. I had a piece of apple crumble (huge piece) with vanilla ice cream aside and it was soooo yummy! The whole staff is super friendly and helpful with any question you ask.

On a short visit to St. Gallen we were looking for a nice vegan restaurant and stumbled upon the Pelikan. We ordered the Superior Breakfast for 2 people to share, and it was simply amazing. So many different things to try along with fresh bread and waffles. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and it really was a special treat.

Nice vibe and delicious food. Almost everything is made in-house. I like that they offer classic local dishes like Bärlauchspätzli. The staff were friendly and attentive, but we had to wait a very long time for our food (1 hour for starters and another 40 minutes for the mains).

Habe nicht von alle Gerichte Fotos gemacht, wollte mich auf das Essen konzentrieren. Auch die nicht-veganer in unser Gesellschaft haben das Essen waren überrascht und haben das Essen genossen.
Unser Tisch war schön angerichtet und das Team war aufmerksam und toll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt.
Alles vegan, fast alles bio und hausgemacht! Und sehr fein! Schönes, kleines Restaurant, grosse Terrasse, genderneutrale Toiletten, freundliches Personal.
