Amazing vegan cheese

Good wood fired pizza and they use Uprooted Kitchen’s house made plant based cheese which is amazing! Good place to grab a pizza and get a beer from 12 West right across the way.

Awesome cheese

This is a good place to get a pizza and beer. 12 west brewery is located just across the hall. Delicious plant based creamy cheese from Uprooted Kitchen.

Must Try!

Located right down the hall in Barn One from Uprooted Kitchen, this pizza place makes stone fire pizza and it is really really good! They have a handful of vegan options that are okay and basic but I go there for their pizza. "The Veggie" is labeled as VT for vegetarian but if you swap out the goat cheese for Uprooted Kitchen's plant-based cheese and omit the pesto you're good to go! The veggies are seasonal, but during the winter months you can find artichoke, roasted fennel, roasted red pepper, and mushrooms. They give you a really good portion of the plant based cheese too which is gooey and smooth (I'm thinking it is a cashew based soft cheese). Right across from Fire & Brimstone is XII West a local brewery so this place makes for a great Friday night place!

Pros: Great Food, Quick Service (Even during busy hours), Friendly waiters/waitresses

Cons: Can get loud (Open concept), Only open till 9pm
