So many vegan options! They'll make practically anything vegan (even one dessert, even though they were sold out when I was there)! The food was so wonderful, seemed incredibly authentic, was super filling, and was absolutely delicious. The staff was wonderful and kind - they even assured me that the dish I ordered wouldn't be too spicy for my wimpy taste buds. They have some staples and some more interesting fares if you want to try something new - I got the Ensalada dy nopalitos y jicama to share with my husband and their special Mole Rosado de Piñon. The portions looked small when they arrived but I couldn't even finish my food. So good - please go! The food also came out SO FAST!

Would give five stars if I could. The food was so good and there was lots of vegan options to choose from. The breaded seitan was also the best vegan meat I have tried in the us so far. Staff was also very friendly and told about the vegan options.

I got the mushroom quesadillas and a modelo negra and it was delightful. Lots of vegan options to choose from and very friendly staff.

There are a lot of Mexican/ New Mexican restaurants in New Mexico but it’s hard to come by one that has a decent vegan filling option besides rice and beans. They have a nice tofu, pepper, sweet potato vegan filling and you can make many things on the menus vegan. They also have a great mole sauces, my favorite is the tamarind. I love to get the vegan empanadas.

Went there encouraged by the other reviews and it was definitely worth it. The vegan mole was delicious, guacamole and chips tasty and there was even a vegan dessert! Vegan options are plentiful and well marked and everything sounds so good that I had really hard time deciding what to order. Also, their beans are amazing.

Best vegan options in Santa Fe - Edit
This is our favorite restaurant in Santa Fe. You won’t be disappointed. The mole is delicious and it’s very easy to order the vegan options. Everything was delicious and plates were cleaned. Charged for extra sides or rice.

We highly recommend going to this spot-- it is centrally located between the train station and the plaza, with so much to do and see nearby.

I was really impressed by their vegan options. Many ae just twists on each other. But- to find multiple vegan enchilada options, staples (like chips and fresh guacamole), vegan empanaditas and taquitos, and some nice cocktails- I’m in!

We went here 2 nights in a row during a trip to Santa Fe, because the vegan options are plentiful and delish!! Every mole was phenomenal, the salads are creative and filling, great drinks as well. The best vegan Mexican food I’ve ever had.

Delicious vegan Mexican, huge menu - Edit
This place really does deserve 5 stars, because they have an entire vegan menu, and it's delicious. I got takeout from here 3 nights in a row (something I never do) and enjoyed every item - my non-veg parents also loved their vegan dishes. The mole burrito and sopecitos were our favorites. It's not the cheapest in the area, but you won't regret it.

Creative, Authentic Dishes with a Fully Vegan Menu!!! - Edit
This place was amazing. I was worried about finding some authentic New Mexico food that was vegan. This place had a separate huge vegan menu. I ordered the Chiles Rellenos and it was delicious. The mole sample platter was mind blowing. (Beet & vegan white chocolate!) Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Please check this place out if you are in Santa Fe!!

Stumbled upon this place because of a chalkboard sign touting a separate vegan menu: the vegan menu is enormous! The options were honestly overwhelming. They offer vegan cheese as well as a homemade seitan protein. The mole enchiladas I got were excellent. I would go back again in an instant

This place is a Santa Fe gem if you’re looking for authentic vegan southern mexican food. The green enchiladas are bomb (comes with delicious beans and rice) and the vegetarianas enchiladas are even bomber. Super cute ambiance as well. They have a whole 2 page vegan menu!

Fantastic vegan Mexican food!!! - Edit
Visited with my non vegan daughter and both of our dishes were delicious. She ordered enchiladas suiza, I had enchiladas vegetarians. Best I’ve ever tried. We are only here for one day and coming back for dinner. Thank you Happy Cow for helping me find this gem!

We asked for the vegan menu and the waiter brought it immediately, and confirmed when we placed our order that everything we wanted was vegan. It is an extensive menu, with many options that are rare to find vegan. We both enjoyed our entrees- a mole dish and a tamale. I just wish they had a combo plate so I could have tried more!

Charming Discovery! - Edit
The chalkboard in front lured us in with the promise of vegetarian and vegan dishes. We were thrilled to discover an entire two page vegan menu with authentic Mexican dishes. We tried the tacos and mole, both with vegan meat. Our friendly server told us the “meat” was made with tofu. We also enjoyed hand made tortillas. The spices were excellent. This colorful restaurant was a welcome surprise! The restaurant was very reasonably priced for downtown Santa Fe.
