Awesome food, friendly staff

The coffee and the food items are delicious. I tried baked goods and most recently shakshuka. It’s vegan with yo egg (I am guessing). So rich and flavourful.

I’ve been there three times so far (84: kind of far from me😒), the staff is friendly and the space is nice bright and quiet. I’ve definitely been to coffee shops that are not welcoming but this one is great.

Wonderful spot!

Excellent espresso. Delicious chocolate chip cookie and the croissant breakfast and just egg sand which was amazing. Love that it’s all vegan. Bright and cute space and a quick walk from the train.

Good Coffee & Pastry

Vegan croissant 🥐, chocolate brownie, carrot cake all freshly baked and good coffee & matcha almond latte too! The staff is very friendly as well. Must also try their breakfast menu, see photos, these are super tasty! 😋

Perfect for our layover brekkie

Amazing breakfast. Every thing homemade and delicious. It’s a limited menu but good options. Cinnamon bun for dessert was SO GOOD.
Lots of seating, bright and airy atmosphere.

Pros: Homemade , Baked goods, Great coffee

Small, yet delectable menu

We tried the croissant sandwiches, subbing the Just Egg on one with avocado. They were absolutely delicious! We took two day old cheddar jalapeño scones with us and they were amazing! Also the chocolate cherry hazelnut muffin, so good! The kombucha is also tasty. Small menu, but good selection, and they’re very accommodating.

Great brunch spot in Vancouver!

The subway trip from downtown was easy and worth it! This all-plant-based cafe is food-based focused in every way. Super food, service, and vibe. Don’t let the walk from the transit station fool you - there’s nothing run down about this place. We shared the cinnamon bun and pan au chocolate and a soy latte for each us. Delicious is an understatement! We salivated as others around us received their brunch menu items. The couple next to us raved about some of the other menu options and, when we expressed sorrow over not making different selections, “next time!” was their response. ❤️

Pros: All plant-based, Friendliness, Vibe

Good coffee, great staff!

Popped in for a coffee and do to some work on my computer (they do have wifi!) Staff was super friendly, and coffee was delicious and a good price ($5.25 for an oat milk latte if I remember correctly). They had a lot of choices for the beans for pour overs. Baked goods are from To Live For. I will be coming back for the brunch which they make in house because it sounded incredible! They also sell gorgeous loaves of bread baked in house, but they were a bit pricy ($10.00).

Pros: Great staff, Great ambiance, Good coffee

Wonderful Staff and Great Coffee

I got an oat milk latte and a delightful pain au chocolate. The pastry was very flakey and not too oily or heavy at all which I feel like is hard to achieve with vegan pastries. It complemented my latte perfectly and was sweet without being overwhelming. I also came in here with my book and the barista and I were talking about it and they gave me some recommendations! It was very kind of them😄

Pros: Friendly staff, Vegan pastries, Good coffee

Cons: parking can be a bit hard to find

Great spot to work!!!

Really nice place to get great coffee and baked goods, in a friendly and bright space. A bit like an office inside, so sets the mood to work pretty well!

Delightful Start of the Day

Enjoyed our stop for pastry and coffee this morning. Cinnamon roll was full of cinnamon and not too sweet. Great to find roll that was not glazed and all sugar. Pain au Chocolat was flaky and fresh. Nice chat with owners. Good vibe to the place.

One of my favourite cafes in town

A unique space that advertises their specialties right out of the gate: coffee and bread. This community enterprise is truly a passion project in the most beautiful and delicious way. Some baked goods from local makers, some in house baked goods, fresh bread loaves, and beautifully curated menu items with excellent coffee.
