If you know, you KNOW! - Edit
It’s nearly impossible to find anything for breakfast in an airport that’s vegan besides God-only-knows-when-it-was-cut-fruit salad or a dry bagel. Look no further than the Farmers Fridge kiosk! I usually buy 2–one for the plane ride and another to stash in my hotel mini fridge. Blueberry is my go-to but the pineapple is nice, too. Word of caution—if you buy extra to stash in your mini fridge, put it/them in a plastic bag and tie it up. I had one leak all over my backpack and the contents. No bueno.

I have seen these vending machines in many different airports and sometimes they are the only vegan option I can find in the entire terminal. I have tried the chickpea wrap and the chia pudding. They were both fine, but usually kind of upset my stomach, like they sit like a rock in there which isn’t what you want for long travel. It’s better than nothing, but it’s vending machine food.
