Il locale è super carino e Sara, la proprietaria è davvero gentile, disponibile e attenta a tutte le necessità.
Il menù è interamente vegetariano con tantissime alternative vegane e soprattutto senza glutine.
Io ho assaggiato: il Tabbouleh, fresco e gustoso al quale ho fatto aggiungere qualche cetriolo - Hummus & Falafel classici e il Babaganoush, tutto squisito.
Alcune note importanti: 1) non viene usato aglio in nessuna preparazione e i Falafel sono artigianali e fatti al momento, devo dire che si sente dalla loro croccantezza e freschezza.
2) il Babaganoush è davvero eccezionale, uno dei più buoni mai mangiati.
Io, essendo intollerante al glutine, non ho potuto provarle, ma le Pite ripiene avevano un aspetto gustosissimo.
Consiglio a tutti di provarlo che sia pranzo, cena o take away!
