Good chain - Edit
It's a great place to have a late lunch because it's open late. It's not the healthiest food around, but it's good to treat yourself every now and then. The staff are friendly too.

I don't know if they'd had a bad day, but the food we were served for dinner was poor.
Read moreOur two salad bowls were mainly kale, with falafel as hard as hockey pucks.
The pizza slice was not generous, and was served cold.
The hot dog was the best meal component, but could also have been warmer.
A disappointing meal, however our experience is obviously quite different to other reviewers.
Pros: There was self service water, with ice.
Cons: Food was not up to Tokyo standards

I did uber eats once and visited their shinjuku location once. Food is excellent. The shinjuku location is in building called Parco. Parco has few other vegan options as well.

Was a little hard to find (it’s on the Main level, not basement with other restaurants) but was worth keeping up the search. So many options, food came out super quick, and staff was friendly. The place was pretty crowded too, so popular spot!

This is just my sort of food : wholesome and healthy. I ordered from the lunchtime set menu, very convenient. And the staff were welcoming and friendly. I'd go again but I leave Tokyo tomorrow.

Located in the south tower of otemachi financial city. Very nice modern/western ambience with english speaking very helpfull and attentive service.

They offer falafel bowls, burger, pizza, sweets and more. Completely vegan.
This time I was there during cafè time (around 3pm), so i had the Vega Niku Burger 'european style' and a piece of cheesecake, everything tasted well and was fresh and filling.
Super not to pricy option if you are nearby and are looking for some other food than japanese.

I had the set: a salad bowl (mexican style), ice tea, and mesh fries . Staff were friendly and helpful, and there are lots of options for customising your order. There's almost too much choice! Mesh fries portion wasn't huge but I wasn't too hungry anyway. Falafel were tasty and flavorful, not dry. Would be back if I was in the area and wanted a quick bite.

We got the Rapper Falafel and the half sandwich and they were very delicious. We also got the soup as part of the set which was my favorite and such a good addition to the meal. The way the set works is that you select an item, then what you want in it other than the falafel (I recommend you do the Israeli style as they add hummus, the Moroccan style is very very spicy) then either fries, soup, etc, and finally a drink. I think this set is very good for the price.
