Cream isn't vegan - Edit
Ordered the green pasta the other day and it was fine. (Would have given that four stars.) Ordered the same thing today and it tasted completely different, rather cheesy. Queried it with the waiter and he reluctantly went off for a bit before coming back to confirm it had no cheese, "just normal cream". He wasn't happy when I told him that cream isn't vegan.
Read moreIt seems to be very difficult to find anything at restaurants in Pula unless you live off pizzas without cheese and vegan ice cream, which is a shame.

Tasty food and lovely garden - Edit
They serve 2 kinds of vegan Pasta and also a Pizza marinara which ist really tasty. Friendly Service. Big variety of craft Beer. The Garden is beautiful!

Pricy, not tasty - Edit
The baba ghanoush entree was good, the (vegan) green pasta was too spare on the sauce, I could hardly taste it. Plus a ginger beer came to 31 euros. Ridiculous. Service was good, (the place was near empty), no smoking inside.

Pizza mit wilden Fenchel - Edit
Wir hatten eine Pizza mit wilden Fenchel und eine mit Paprika, Aubergine, Champions und Zucchini. Beides sehr lecker und die Preise für einen Ort direkt am Tour-Hotspot durchaus im Rahmen. Die Bedienung war freundlich und aufmerksam. Leider haben wir erst zu spät gesehen, daß es drinnen im Garten noch gemütlicher gewesen wäre, als an den Tischen vor der Pizzeria.

Decent food, small portion - Edit
Features a few vegan pasta options. I had the fusilli which was nice but pretty small and quite overpriced for essentially some pasta and vegetables. I also had the baba ganoush which was quite nice too.

Decent food in the vegan desert 🏜️ - Edit
2nd time in Pula - same struggle to find good vegan food… Fabbrica is a nice place with Neapolitan pizza oven and a satisfying selection of craft beers. We ordered the green pasta (yummy avocado sauce but small size) and a pizza L‘Ortolona without cheese but extra olives and artichokes. The waiter commented „but without cheese its not very tasty!“… I added some basil leaves 🍃 from pots standing next to our table at the back terrace and enjoyed it a lot! Drank a Baltazar hoppy lager - very nice with the pizza - if you like the special taste of craft beer.

not a lot of vegan options but decent for Istria. the vegan fusilli (14,90€) are the only real vegan main, they were flavourful and less boring than I expected. great hummus, pleasant service, nice garden seating out back.
