Some bowls (both hot and cold) are vegan, they are clearly labelled.
Read moreA couple of vegan dessert options are available. Bread is organic.
I had the rice with falafels and eggplant, followed with overnight oats.
That was quite OK for airport food.

Pretty disappointing - Edit
Very few options were actually vegan when we were there and many of them were vegan by their nature: plain bread (wow!) & fruits. None of the desserts were vegan although they offer maaaany of them and it would be so damn easy. Limited sandwich choices.

Pleasantly surprised - Edit
I was also surprised to find vegan options in Lyon airport. Exki had a selection of salads of which many were vegan. Not your average tossed salad, most contained grains of some kind and the ones I had were very tasty.

Surprising find - Edit
Was very surprised to find a place in France and an aiport of all places so well catering to vegans. Pricing a little high but usual for airports. Only thing lacking was a vegan dessert option! And of course unfortunately also serves meat eggs and dairy. I have attached lots of pics of all the vegan options available when I was here. Also plz note check the label on your item corresponds to the label with vegan on it - eg my vegan “Gabriella” sandwich had a few non vegan Lulu sandwiches stacked with it by mistake.
