Coffee meh, nice French Toast - Edit
Went there for breakfast and hat a French toast with blueberries and an Americano. Coffee wasn’t that good, but the cream cheese filled French toast (not vegan) was nice.

Avoid vegan chicken sandwich - Edit
We usually stop at passion flour when we visit SLC but it was closed so we decided to try Eva’s. Might have caught them on a bad day but unfortunately bridge of us were able to finish our sandwiches. My omni partner wasn’t impressed with his BLT (but loved the fruit tart) and I found the vegan chicken sandwich a bizarre mix of textures and flavors that got less appetizing as I ate.
Read moreOn the other hand, the pastries looked great! They were out of the croissant, but I wish I had grabbed a vegan cookie because they looked amazing.
Pros: Vegan cookie looked good, Vegan pastry options, even if limited
Cons: Vegan chicken sandwich flavor was odd, Bread was bland and texture wasn’t amazing

Passion Flour closed its doors a few weeks ago. The owner is moving out of state but she said she will be doing online orders in the future.

Just a few options, but the vegan plate is excellent and the best dish on the entire menu (all the waiters agree). Vegan cookie options and non dairy options for coffee.

Adorable French cafe - Edit
Was very surprised to find not only vegetarian options but vegan options at this French-inspired bakery and cafe! They have a few vegan options in the pastry case including plain croissants and double chocolate chip cookies as well as a vegan plate for a lunch option. It had white bean puree on a baguette which I thought would be like hummus but was super rich, cheesy, and delicious! They also have non-dairy milk options for coffee drinks but I had a blueberry compote mimosa! Check this place out for sure!
