Super. Croquettes top notch, falafal bowl, and the deserts! Wow. Just spectacular. A must visit for not just vegans. Beautiful, rich food. Done with care and thought.

Very nice place in the center of Teguise! The menu is fully vegan, with many options for breakfast/brunch and lunch. I had the Falafel bowl and the banana bread today and can’t wait to go back to try other options. Staff is really friendly (they even got along with my broken Spanish; however, menu is in Spanish and English and both servers were fluent in English as well). They are only open 10-3 pm and have outdoor seating as well - nice place to sit and watch the people strolling around.

Solid vegan food offer with excellent choice - Edit
This corner restaurant/bar has gone 100% vegan and it's excellent. A good range of food, something for those of us with intolerances, and two taps of local beer. We only came once but that was because Teguise is up a hill :)
Read moreThe place is on a narrow street that's mostly vehicle free. The people running it seem to be really committed to what they are doing. And the food was excellent!

We tried the toasts and they were all really good, specially the sobrasada one I really recommend it! Coffee was also really good. We were a bit confused cause we thought this was a 100% gluten free as well but appearently it’s not (anymore?)

Gorgeous little cafe bar in arty town - Edit
As two vegans, we made a point of travelling specifically to Teguise to have lunch here, as it was one of only two exclusively vegan restaurants on Lanzarote. We were not disappointed!
Read moreThe food was simple but delicious - I had smashed avocado on toast, with lots of tasty toppings - and my husband had jackfruit tacos.
The place itself has a rustic, offbeat charm with we loved - and we sat in the little alleyway outside observing, with some amusement, the busy through-road which passed only a few metres away. Not the quietest location, but we found it rather entertaining.
The town itself is beautiful - again, in a rather offbeat, arty way - with two working artists studios (where paintings were in progress) just across the road - and lots of interesting little shops.
We were there the week before Christmas, on a non-market day, so the whole place was vibrant but not crowded. I imagine in high season it will be far more crowded and may get rather overwhelmed!

Delicious but expensive - Edit
We went there twice and tried a couple of things. To be fully satisfied I recommend the burger the other dishes are more like snacks but everything was really delicious and special. Decorated with love. The staff was also very friendly and communicative.

Chaotic 😂 was so busy because it was market day. Poor waiter was rushed off his feet.
Read moreSat there for 20 minutes without anyone taking my order. Spoke to a waiter twice who said they would be over to take it shortly but got bored of waiting. This was the same for quite a few customers who kept coming inside to ask if they can order, before being told that someone will be lalong shortly.
Food did look really good though, if expensive.

Unfortunately I wasn't hungry to try the main dishes, but I have a sweet tooth so I couldn't resist on having some dulce. I had a tiffin which was made from chocolate, bisquits, almonds, pistachios, dates and raisins - very satisfying. And I also had a thick drink made from gofio, dates, bananas and something else - good as well.

Lanzarote is a very lovely place and the vegetables in the markets are lovely but finding a vegan restaurant is less straight forward so it was a delight to finally find a plant based menu! The restaurant is very pretty in a lovely old town. We sat in a window seat and watched the world go by.

Esquina is a very cute cafe, with plenty of seating inside and outside. Although many of the seats are metal garden chairs with no cushion, and not very comfortable. Note - also not air conditioned.

The food tastes very good and portion size is perfect for lunch. We paid 38.50 for 2 oat lattes, 2 smoothies, 1 açai bowl, 1 avocado on toast, and 1 carrot cake. Would definitely visit again.
Missing 1 star due to lack of options. Would suggest they could add different smoothie/açai bowls, perhaps sandwiches/baguettes would have also been good. More cake options!

We ordered two types of toast, one with avocado, tomatoes, vegan feta, and the other with aubergines. They were both very tasty and large portions. We also ordered a hot chocolate and a coffee which were lovely. Price was very reasonable.

Loved this place. Great vegan food, beautiful seating on cobbled street, friendly staff. Only open until 3pm when we were there (late March; except Friday when they open late) but apparently open in the evenings in the summer.
