Be the Teletubby You Were Born To Be!

Never had a smoothie bowl before, and it makes me feel a bit like I’m eating some Tubby custard, but it’s actually pretty good!

Admittedly though I found it hard to get through the whole thing and I felt kind of gross all day. It tasted great, but I think I wasn’t ready for it. I’m sure their salads would be good too, though.

Suprisingly good

In all my time in this area, I can’t believe my first time going to Energize was in 2025, long after I had moved out of the area. I’m not a big salad/greens fan, so I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor of the items I got. The pita pocket was so lovely and stuffed, even just one half filled me up in the short time I had for lunch. I took the recovery shake to go and found it hard to stop sipping on throughout the day. I’m excited to go back and try more items!

Pros: Big menu, Clear labeling online, Tasty food and drinks

Best salads in Boston!

Delicious! this has become my favorite salad place. I love how original their salad choices are, though I usually build my own anyways. Lentils and raisins on a salad have become a favorite combination. I really enjoy their dressings and especially their basil one--it's the best dressing I've ever had. Creamy and flavorful without being greasy. I wish I knew the secret behind it. I also quite like their bread (though it's gotten mixed reviews from my friends due to it's dry texture and strong buckwheat taste). I think the secret to enjoying the bread is toasting it and smearing it with vegan cream cheese.

Their smoothie bowls and other dishes are great too. I especially like their goji bowl and their pita pocket sandwich.

Overall, I highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a fresh, flavorful, and healthy meal.

Pros: Tasty, Fresh, healthy

Cons: pricey

Best smoothie bowls in the city

I came here many days every week for fuel during the pandemic. The super acai is my favorite smoothie bowl in Boston. There are a ton of salad topping options. I am a huge fan of the pita, as well. Everything is vegan minus the honey, but you can always sub agave.
