Unique vegan options! - Edit
We loved our dinner at eM Que Viet! We tried the two vegan platter options and both were unique and delicious. However, our favorite was the white bean curd. They had fun cocktail mocktail options as well. Such a cute location.

Vegan/GF Pho - Edit
I called ahead and asked - they said that the vegetable pho was made with vegetable broth! The pho broth had good flavor and was warming on a chilly winter night.
