Vegan toppings include jalapeños, chimichurri, salsa, onions, avocado cream, and fried onions. The vegan sausage is cooked on a separate part of the grill. Open Thu 01:00-05:00, Fri-Sat 13:00-17:00, Sun 10:00-14:00. Closed Mon-Wed & Sun.

Love it!

The vegan sausage is really tasty, and I love all of the toppings to choose from (I like to load it up!). The staff are SUPER friendly. I went for the first time last Saturday at the Saturday Plagwitz Market and really enjoyed my meal. I was happily surprised to see them today at the Wochenmarkt downtown, and I ordered another Vegapan (the vegan option). They are expanding their business so expect to see them more often around town!

I really appreciate that they don't use plastic for the take away - it comes in a paper cardboard sleeve thing and with a paper napkin.
