Would have given it 5 stars, but the app doesn't let me cause it's not fully vegan. Restaurant has a menu that's about 70 % vegetarian, half of which is vegan. Wide selection of options, all tastes great! Also my non vegan friends we impressed

This is an absolute must!!! The food was absolutely stunning. The majority of the menu is vegan or adaptable. The vegan aioli was soooo good. The Sangria is Devine. The waiter was amazing, very welcoming and friendly. We will visit this place again.

An excellent edition to the growing number of restaurants in the area which really understand veganism. Many dishes are fully vegan, and many/all vegetarian dishes can be made vegan upon request. Restaurant also serves meat, which makes it an excellent place to go with non-veg friends/family. Owner(s) are very welcoming and friendly. Restaurants works with many whole-food ingredients like lentils (lentil stew) and chickpeas, but also some meat alternatives for chicken, beef etc.

Eindelijk een restaurant met zowel veel vegan opties als vleesopties. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar die uit België komt en dus goed Nederlands spreekt. Vegan gerechten erg lekker. Mijn vriend vond de kaas ook erg lekker, de anjovis iets minder van smaak.

Super lekker gegeten tijdens onze vakantie in januari. Vegetarisch eten is bijna niet te vinden in het oude deel van Maspalomas, dus El Saloon was echt een uitkomst en aangename verrassing. Buiten dat zijn het ontzettend lieve mensen!

Thank goodness for Happy Cow! Looking for somewhere with decent vegan options that weren't chips and salad and boy did this place deliver. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but the ambience is laid back chill, wasn't hugely busy and although the service took a bit longer than your average greasy spoon, it was totally worth it. The food is amazing, i had the vegan beef tortillas, onion rings, fried mushrooms and potatas bravas, everything cooked fresh and so tasty, we polished off the lot. Wide drinks selection and lovely staff, wish this was local to me at home, I'd eat here every week. Standard tapas prices (€5-6 per dish) might seem pricey in comparison to other local venues but is worth it. Also think there is parking nearby if required (we walked)

Each dish tasted amazing! Highly recommend the papas arrugudas! Many vegan options, with most vegetarian options easily made vegan. Owners were so welcoming being vegetrian themselves and lovely to talk to.

Absolutely lovely vegan tapas selection, even most of the vegetarian options can be made vegan on request, very friendly staff and a nice relaxed atmosphere. The wrinkly potatoes with mojo sauce and the lentil stew were both highlights.

Read moreActually most of the options are vegan by default. The owners are vegetarian and they really care about adapt their vegetarian options to vegan.
You definitely have to give it a try to 'it chili con carne' and they vegan beef.
