Owned by an Obligate Carnivore!

It's a miracle of modern medical science! A mystery of evolution! For the first time in the recorded history of any primate to have ever walked the Earth the owner and chef of El Comal Chilango has morphed from her species which was previously known to science as a biologically omnivorous species into an obligate carnivore!

I was excited to come here as I was told it was maybe the only place in town to get a spicy meal. I discussed the menu with the owner, got a sense of what was what and since so many items sounded so great I started to look up the translation for "I trust you, please choose for me, whatever you recommend". And then it occurred to me that I should really ask if the owner/chef is vegan.

Turns out no. The chef opened up her life story to me, ten years vegan but then, a medical condition forced her to stop being vegan, get this, for her health. I resisted laughing in her face, realized that I could not trust her, apologized and left.

Lots of vegan places aren't operated or even owned by vegans these days thanks to greensploitation and it's nearly impossible to tell. But, if I encounter a sole-proprietor and they aren't vegan, it's an easy boycott. I'm always happy for the opportunity to prevent money from leaving my hands and traveling to a butcher to feed a meat addiction. Especially one egregiously passed off as a medical condition.

No human is an obligate carnivore. If you can prove you are, you would be a new species, genus, family of animal and belong in a museum not a restaurant for vegans trying their patience and insulting the fields of biology, medicine and evolutionary science.
