It's hard to find good Mexican places in Germany and I guess it also very much depends on the dish you're ordering. Had the soft taco plate and ... [censored] yeah. Could have been more refried beans, but otherwise, with the vegan chicken, really yummy. Would recommend and would go there again.

Ich bin kein großer Fan des Essens. Es ist jetzt nicht schlecht. Aber ich mag halt eher die asiatische Küche. Partnerin und Kind wollen aber immer wieder hin. So auch heute. Essen kann ich es. Ich werde auch satt, aber es ist einfach nur käsig. Echt.

Although the restaurant has a lot of seats the waiters are not looking stressed and food drinks did not take long. Nearly all of the dishes can be made vegan and/or vegetarian. The portions are big, but something "special" is missing regarding the taste of the food. Homemade lemonade can be recommended.

Wir hatten jeweils eine Fajita mit planted chicken. Die portion war groß und das Essen sehr lecker. Der Bestellvorgang war allerdings ein wenig nervig, weil die Kellnerin es nicht fassen konnte, dass wir etwas veganes bestellen und uns dabei belächelt hat 🙄

Die Power Bowl esse ich super gerne. Auch die Hardshell Tacos. Beides ist auf Wunsch auch glutenfrei was mir wichtig ist. Generell sind die Mitarbeiter freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Man sitzt sehr schön draußen oder drinnen in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße der Innenstadt, auf Nachfrage ist jedes Gericht in vegan erhältlich. Auf der Karte sind die vegetarischen und veganen Speisen mit zwei verschiedenen Zeichen gekennzeichnet, aber wie gesagt ist die Auswahl eigentlich viel größer.

Had a vegan burrito. They didn't have guacamole that day as the avocados were too hard. Didn't like that - IMHO a Mexican restaurant should make sure to always have ripe avocados at hand. Food tasted alright, but not overwhelming. Pretty expensive for what you get.

Gut, um mit Freunden essen zu gehen. Die Veggie-Gerichte lassen sich durch weglassen von Sour Cream und Käse veganisieren. Statt 3 Taccos wie es auf der Karte stand hab ich sogar 4 bekommen, waren sehr lecker. Personal ist sehr nett und die hausgemachte Limonade ist auch zu empfehlen.

Very good vegan burritos - Edit
This is the second place in Mainz which offers vegan burritos. On the menu, they appear only as vegetarian but if you ask them they can replace the sour cream by guacamole and then they are vegan. The stuffing is very tasty, some kind of soy-and-bean chilli as well as some greens and salads. You can choose between burritos, tacos or a salad bowl. Their selection of drinks (beers, lemonades) is also quite nice.
Read moreIt might be a thing at burrito places, but their servings are quite huge. If you just feel like a snack, you should consider sharing the burrito with a friend (or order those 3 tacos instead). I can only just finish a full one when I'm very hungry!
