This place was busy when we went for dinner and we could see why. It serves vegan fast food that tastes good and comes in good-sized portions. We had potato wedges, a Caesar salad, and a burrito and they were all good. Service was quite quick. We would definitely recommend it.

They have menus in English and English-speaking staff. On my first visit, I was delighted to also find cans of craft beer, and I enjoyed the IPA from an Austrian brewery. I decided, rather than the soup-of-the-day and special-of-the-day (both available Monday-Friday), to have the quesadillas with tempeh added (10.50 + 3.00 leva). The three sections of quesadilla had corn kernels, diced red pepper, tomato and vegan cheese, topped with alfalfa sprouts and thinly sliced almonds. Everything was good. Next time, I enjoyed the Caesar salad (quite a lot of cherry tomatoes) and a session IPA (7 leva) and took away a ‘chicken’ burrito. Another time I had the veggy burger (quinoa-based), and added potato wedges served with mayo (4 leva). They sell a few food products, such as tubs of ice cream (I bought mango-passionfruit, which was good), Violife cheese and granola, as well as books and water bottles. There are a few more tables in the back.

I had the quesadillas, a juice and a berry cheesecake with a PB base. The quesadillas were really good, a bit too chewy to my taste though. The cake was amazing, absolutely loved it!

The top-rated status this place has on HappyCow is well-deserved. Although the prices are a little higher than normal in Sofia, I wasn't angry since the food was so tasty and the ingredients so fresh.

Read moreWe had to do take away, since we had to catch a train. The setting (in the train) of eating was far from the same as in the restaurant, but it tasted so good, it did not matter much :)
While waiting for our food, we also had a delicious smoothie.
If we ever have the chance to be in sofia again, this is the restaurant where we would go to!

A small, tastefully furnished restaurant which is run by the two owners with love and devotion. I had a homemade rose lemonade, an acai bowl and a matcha cake. Everything was beautifully decorated and tasted delicious.

Extremely happy that I managed to visit this cute little restaurant! They offer a range of seitans, burritos, burgers and even smootie bowls. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I liked the fillings of one of the burritos but was feeling like eating it as a burger, so the staff was more than happy to do that for me. It tasted amazing!!! Price range was reasonably low

Best Vegan Restaurant in Sofia - Edit
I've been to a couple of the vegan restaurants in Sofia and the Edgy Veggy is my favorite. It's a cute little place with only 5-6 tables and excellent food. I've tried the Veggy Burger, Quinoa Patties, Quesadilla, and Mediterranean sandwich. They were all really good with the Veggy Burger being my favorite. I highly recommend if your in Sofia and in the mood for a sandwich, wrap, bowl, or salad! I've added pics of the menu as of July 2019.
