I went to Edemame with high hopes, led by excellent reviews. I hoped for good and tasty vegan sushi. And when it came, it looked brilliant on the plane. Unfortunately, my sushi was literally swimming in fat (oil?). I've ordered two types of futomaki: oyster mushroom and sweet potato as well as one special roll. The special roll was literally fried (as a whole as even rice was full of oil) and tempura in futomaki tasted like either fried in too cold oil or fried twice. When eaten, plate was full of oil left on it. And it's not what sushi is about. If I would like to eat fat, I would go to mc for french fries :( (and all of that was almost 20 euro, friench fries are cheaper :( )
