Eat by Amy is incredible. Amy doesn’t operate a storefront; rather, her cakes and treats can be custom ordered or found in various cafés and restaurants around London. I highly recommend seeking out her food and, if the occasion arises, ordering a cake from her. I had the opportunity of trying a few different slices of her cakes and I loved how rich and tasty they were. And fully vegan! Amy is a great baker and her treats shouldn’t be missed.
