Good Ramen! A little confusing - Edit
Got the tofu veggie ramen which was delicious (broth was 10/10)! The menu is confusing and doesn’t have good labeling. The ramen can be made vegan by leaving out the bonito and subbing rice noodles instead of the ramen noodles.

I got the vegan option of the veggie miso ramen. It didn’t have much flavor. It seemed like they make it vegan by taking out the ingredients which would have given it flavor and not adding anything in their place

Excellent vegan ramen! - Edit
House made vegan ramen noodles. Ask for the veggie miso ramen, without the bonito. We also had the eggplant bao bun without mayo. Both were excellent! Highly recommend!
