Awesome Japanese street food

Food truck with clearly labeled vegan items on menu. They have gyoza, grilled rice balls, a salad, skewers, and yakisoba with either vegetables or tofu (tofu is listed as vegetarian on menu but cook reassured us it is vegan, only listed as vegetarian due to being on shared equipment.) we got the shiitake gyoza, the grilled rice ball, and tofu yakisoba, all of which were delicious and extremely flavorful. The yakisoba portion was huge. Would definitely recommend trying out next time you’re at The Garden on Friendly.
