Noodles are now vegan! - Edit
This is really good authentic ramen, and the noodles are now vegan! The regular veggie and spicy veggie ramen are vegan with no modifications, and there’s also a veggie udon option, edamame, rice, miso soup (also veg), etc. Lots of good Japanese craft beers, too.
Read moreI’ve been avoiding this place for years because I know the noodles previously contained egg, but I heard through the grapevine that the supplier changed the recipe a while back, and I was able to confirm in person.

It’s okay - but don’t expect ramen - Edit
This place has a vegan ramen broth but it’s just not the same experience when you have to sub the udon noodles for the ramen noodles. It doesn’t taste like ramen, it tastes like a hot soup. If you are vegan and you go and expect a ramen experience, you may be disappointed. If you go expecting soup, it’s decent.
