Dôme is a well thought-out project, which focuses on aesthetics and wellbeing. The menu offers plenty of healthy brunch and lunch options made with local ingredients. We chose the quinoa bowl and the rice noodles, both with smoked almond tofu. For dessert, I had the orange and almond cake with almond ice cream. By night, there’s a vegan 5 course menu available, but also à la carte options, which I haven’t tried yet. Definitely a return to place.
